The case of the 14 millions Fcfa allegedly collected by Elimbi lobe from a CPDM group to pay 14 Social Democratic Front(SDF)counselors in 2008 to vote against Françoise Foning who was Mayor of Douala 5th keeps coming up.
According to revelations, an SDF councillor who was on the list of the 14 SDF councillors who were each suppose to collect 1 million FCFA to vote Simo Emmanuel against Foning comes out of the shadows. She’s called: Achu Ntamack Precillia. She formally denies having received any money from CPDM.
She affirms that: “The Chairman of the main opposition party in Cameroon,Ndi John Fru Ndi had clearly instructed Djoumbi Maurice not to take the money from CPDM. He was very angry. ” But as indicated alafnet.com is aware that some SDF Councillors actually received this money.
In a comment on Facebook, Achu Ntamack Precillia says: “Elimbi actually took this money. This is one of the reasons why a disciplinary case was opened against him internally (within the SDF). Why is he not filing a complaint for defamation? He knows fully well that it is true and the witnesses are ready to speak out .In front of the cameras, he was not able to answer when the question was asked.”
By this statement , Achu Ntamak Precillia who was an eyewitness at the time of the incident confirms that Abel Elimbi Lobe concluded a financial deal with the CPDM to corrupt the SDF counselors in 2008.

alafnet.com further gathered that at this juncture an agreement had been reached between Abel Elimbi Lobe and Simo Emmanuel in case Simo Emmanuel Emmanuel won the mayorship of Douala 5th.
In the deal, Elimbi Lobe had negotiated a position of the 6th deputy mayor for his friend at the time Carlos Ngoualem; And Achu Ntamack Precillia to the post of chairman of the External Relations Commission.
