Mancho Bibixy

Mancho Bibixy has been arrested in Bamenda Northwest Cameroon some few mins ago.The coffin revolutionary leader was arrested at Ntamulung in Bamenda with his girlfriend at 2:am Tuesday morning .The military destroyed the doors to get in and both mancho and his girlfriend have been taken to an unknown destination.

This is a second day of arrest of West Cameroon Leaders Barrister Nkongho Felix Agbor and Dr Fontem Neba by the CPDM regime of President Paul Biya of which Cameroon’s supreme court advocate, Chief Justice Ayah PAUL Abine says amounts to false imprisonment.

On January 18, 2017 He wrote on his facebook page ;

“It is an elementary principle of law that a law, especially a piece of criminal legislation, has no retrospective effect. To put it otherwise, a law that comes into effect today, for instance, does not apply to conduct perpetrated before today – before the first moment the law came into force (the law became law).

To contextualize, the order by the Minister of Territorial Administration is applicable only to conduct subsequent to the moment of its publication. It follows that the arrest of two of the leaders of the Consortium, namely, Barrister Kongho Felix and Dr Fontem, is inconsistent with the law. Keeping them against their will, therefore, amounts to false imprisonment,”Ayah wrote.

In another news, alafnet.com is aware that like Tassang Wilfred, Barrister Bobga Harmony has also seek refuged in Western embassy in Yaounde.

Recall that the Consortium President Barrister Agbor Nkongho Félix had in his last press briefing to Southern Cameroonians before his arrest, indicated that not all the leaders of the current Anglophone struggle will be able to escape arrests by the Republic of Cameroun and that things will move very very fast.

He was writing after been informed by a source with in the regime that 84 years old Biya  will be arresting all the West Cameroon Leaders.

In a smart move the Anglophone consortium immediately transfered it’s authority abroad after Territorial Administration Minister Rene Sadi banned the the Cameroon Anglophone Civil Society Consortium and the SCNC.
