Cameroon gov’t confirms the killing of three gendarmes in Kembong, still no trace of the Sub-DO

The government of Cameroon on Monday confirmed the killing of three gendarmes in Kembong Mamfé, in the Manyu (Southwest region), this Sunday, February 11, 2018 .

These three gendarmes killed are part of those assigned to fight in the war declared by president paul biya against English speaking Cameroonians.

The population of Kembong whuch is tge largest village of manyu division has fled to the bushes and some seeking refuge in neighbouring Nigeria since Cameroon military invaded the area burning down houses.

Among the soldiers killed are Koliang Dominique, Constable Nomo Avodo and a student Gendarme Ngwa Clovis, said the Minister delegate charge of Defense.

According to our information, the sub-divisional officer for Batibo who was disappeared by now radicalised youths on February 11, 2018 around 8:30 (7:30 GMT), has still not been found.

The vehicle of the sub-divisional officer for Batibo was found burned in Ambo ,not far from Batibo.

The army is continuing its search to find Marcel Namata Diteng, alafnet.com understands.
