Jean-Marie Atangana Mebara also made revelations about the appointments of Paul Biya in the judicial sector. According to him, “the draft texts concerning judges are subjected to the screening of members of the Higher Judicial Council. Thus, the proposed appointments are made by the Minister of Justice, “said the former General Secretary.
