Cameroon will create five embassies in 2017

 The government of Cameroon intends to create new embassies in Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda, as well as consular missions in Kuwait and Lebanon in 2017,according to the defense budget of 2017 by the Department of external Relations of the national Assembly.

This ambitious diplomatic deployment by the Cameroonian government is to intensify cooperation with new international partners in Africa, Asia and Europe from next year, alafnet.com understands.

To do this, the government submitted for the validation by the parliament, a budget of 38.116 billion CFA francs in 2017 for the Ministry of External Relations; against 30.017 billion in 2016, an increase of about 28%, alafnet gathered.
