“ During my lifetime I have dedicated my life to this struggle of the African people. I have fought against white domination, and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons will live together in harmony and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal for which I hope to live for and to see realised. But, My Lord, if it needs be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die. ”
Some 53 years ago, the African statesman of all times Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela made this claim before the South African apartheid court that still to date revibrates our consciences and inflames our struggle. He was a man of vision and steadfastness who believed that a fight for freedom and liberation from an oppressor is a cause to do many times or to die many times again.
So too, one great man of faith Moses, following the verdict of God, with his brother Aaron, went down to the Pharaoh of Egypt not to negotiate with him, but to command him to let his people go after over 430 years of slavery.
And afterward Moses and Aaron came and said to Pharaoh, “Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, ‘Let My people go that they may celebrate a feast to Me in the wilderness.'”
I want to state emphatically that the people of the Southern Cameroons are a very peaceful people as are many Cameroonians, because peace is evidenced in patience. They have never picked to stones and guns in the face of socio-politico-econimic maltreatments of all types. But God Almighty has seen the systematic subjugation and occupation over these people and has finally decided to fight for them. This has led the Pharaoh of La Republique du Cameroun, Paul Biya bi Mvondo, into wanton panic, confused declarations, physical and mental madness as he goes into disaster upon disaster arresting and killing the people he was supposed to comfort and practically cutting them off from the minimum of normal life.
This man has been at the helm of government since the early years of Independence and has been the unique de facto ruler of Cameroon, serving first as Minister of Cabinet Affairs, then Prime Minister and finally as undisputed President for about 35 years, following the abdication of the first Pharaoh before him, H. E. Amadou Ahidjo in 1982. Eversince, he has ruled over his people with an iron rod, sometimes mercilessly, sometimes giving them biscuits and throwing them sweets, cakes and groundnuts from a distance or seducing them with a grin from his oily face to make them feel loved. Paul Biya was meant to be for his people a refined jade of humble origin, to enterprisingly lift up the hopes of the people, but in the years has turned out to be a fiery stone that has fallen from the glories of heaven ready to settle into oblivion.
Paul Biya (born Paul Barthélemy Biya’a bi Mvondo), was blessed son of sons, now crowned Chief of chiefs, Fon of Fons, Lamido of Lamidos, the identified Pharaoh of West Africa, after the fall of Nothern Pharaoh Mubarak (which mu-barak meant blessed by God, but lost his destiny). Paul Biya, the girded King of Yehunde (Yaounde) – from biblical “Yĕhuwdiy” of the “Ba Kongos bana Yaoundé or the true girded children of Judah, has desecrated his unction, his blessing and kingship with the blood of his own people, or better still, the people of God whom He called by His name.
He answers now his Martian name, king of wars, Pharaoh, and deploys his army to occupy the Southern Cameroons, Ba-menda, Gbuea, the Levites of Judah, who fight without arms, except their faith, non-violence methods of “a luta continua”, the angels of heavenly Father behind them – victoria è certa (victory is certain!). Like Alexander he shall be canceled with no one to comfort him, and like Napoleone he shall meet his Waterloo, the pit of Siddim.
President Paul Biya of the Republic of Cameroon, your countdown to zero began the moment you started your 7 year terms of mandate. “MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN”, the writing is on the wall and your days have been counted. The Spirit of God has entered all the young men and women of Southern Cameroons, wherever the Spirit goes, they go, like one people, one nation that has been born.
New American Standard Bible
9″For behold, I will wave My hand over them so that they will be plunder for their slaves. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me. 10″Sing for joy and be glad, O daughter of Zion; for behold I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,” declares the LORD. 11″Many nations will join themselves to the LORD in that day and will become My people. Then I will dwell in your midst, and you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me to you. (Zechariah 2:9-11)
Fellow Southern Cameroonians, be strong, be one-minded and do not waver. Do not let empty pocket politicians discourage you from this struggle. The time is now and the victory is near. This is your victory to tell your children and your grandchildren of the day the Lord God Almighty fought for you and won.
The struggle continues! Pharaoh of West Africa, Let my People Go!
