Cameroon’s president left Yaoundé this Saturday for Rome

At the invitation of Italian President Sergio Mattarella,the Cameroonian President Mr Paul Biya left Yaounde  Saturday the 18th of March 2017 for a two-day official visit to Italy from 20 to 22 March 2017.

The 85 year old leader is accompanied by  his wife Chantal Biya and other members of the Cameroonian government.


“Before heading off to Europe, the Head of State gave last minute instructions to the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic at the presidential lodge of Yaounde Nsimalen International Airport. The First Lady  Chantal BIYA, was seen having a friendly exchange with Mesdames Solange LE, wife of the Deputy Director of the Civil Cabinet and Rosalie NGAK, attacher to the Civil Cabinet, “.
