Captain Bouba Simala former bodyguard of Cavayé Yéguié Djibril , President of the National Assembly who has been since June 19, 2015 in a military cell,is now set to face the charges against him.
On August 5, 2015, after a hearing that lasted nearly four hours before the investigating judge of the military court,the daily Mutations in its edition of Thursday, August 6, 2015, reports that three charges were brought against the nephew of the president of the lower house of Parliament Cameroonians viz; “mere threats, contempt of constituted bodies and violation of instructions.”
If this is true,these new charges are “in contradiction to the offenses contained in the Presidential Decree of the President of the National Assembly, signed June 16, 2015.” In fact in that order, alafnet.com can remember that Mr.Cavaye Yeguie had accused captain Bouba Simala “of terrorism, incitement to robbery and attempted kidnapping . ”
The hearing of August 5, 2015 review the complain of serious crimes made by the President of the National Assembly against his nephew that provided protection for twenty years.
Cavaye accusations were found by investigatorsto be ridiculous? But the legal minds seeing that his case was baseless had to find something to spare Cavaye.
