Senegal/ Cameroon: President Sall receives former truck driver Alhadji Baba Danpullo


Former truck driver,  now the richest man in francophone Africa,Alhadji Baba Ahmadou Danpullo wants to expand his business empire  to Senegal and has been received in by the Senegalese President Macky Sall in an audience which ended with a lunch in the Ségégambie room, reserved for the distinguished guests in the presidential palace in Dakar,the Senegalese capital.

He was received on 27 July by Macky Sall, who invited him to lunch at the presidential palace.

During the meeting Alhadji Baba Danpullo was decorated with the Senegalese National  Order . At the end of his visit, source informs that, both men agreed a special mission of experts would visit Senegal in the coming days and will contact the Senegalese Investment Agency to realize  investment projects in real estate, tourism, air transport, agriculture and, above all, livestock for the Africa’s discreet business magnate.

With a fortune estimated at $940m,the Cameroonian is ranked number one by US Forbes  magazine Africa rankings.
