TWO DEAD & MORE THAN 40 OTHER ANGLOPHONE CAMEROONIANS ARRESTED BETWEEN EDEA & KRIBI

Reports says more than 40 Anglophones Cameroonians (from the North West, South West regions) have arrested by the security forces at the SWISS FARM PALM D’OR, a large palm plantation located between Edea and Kribi.

The arrest came after yesterday’s altercation between two agents of African Security firm and Anglophone workers at the SUISSE PALM D’OR plantation. As a result two anglophones died. A situation that lead to a revolt by members of this community which has more than 200 employees on these plantations.

Early this Friday morning,the plantation workers stood up and decided to fight agents of African Security and their accomplices.
This New clashes invited the army, the gendarmerie and the police to intervened leading to an arrest of more than forty anglophones all of whom have been severely beaten.video of police brutality
